Bitlink S.A.S. was born and operates from Villavicencio. We're engineers before we're an agency: we specialize in data, artificial intelligence and software architecture, and we build our own product with the same stack we build our clients' with. No management layers between your problem and whoever writes the code.

What people ask us before signing.

You do. We work on your infrastructure or on accounts in your name, and we hand over the code. We don't keep your data or use it to train anything.

It can, if you let it loose. That's why we use RAG: the model only answers with what it finds in your documents, and every answer cites its source. When it can't find something, it says so instead of improvising.

It depends on the scope, and that's why the assessment is free: we'd rather give you a concrete figure than an invented range. Tell us the problem and we'll reply with a proposal and a timeline.

Yes. We have an office in Villavicencio and work remotely: in Bogotá, the rest of Colombia and all of Latin America. Today we have clients in Colombia and Mexico.

Yes, and on the channel where your people already are: WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack or your website. But it's not the only thing — the core of the work is data engineering and architecture, and we also do analytics and BI, web and mobile apps, e-commerce, integrations and blockchain development.
