We're looking for people who want to own what they build.

We have no management layers, so here nobody writes a ticket for someone else to run: whoever designs, builds; and whoever builds, answers when the system fails. It's more demanding and it's more fun.

How we work here

  • You work on our own product and our clients' — the same stack for both.

  • What you build ships to production and you run it: you don't hand it over and leave.

  • Fullstack AI Developer

    Remote · Latam · Full-time

    You build product end to end: interface, backend and AI integration. Web and mobile with TypeScript/React and Node or Python, and chatbots with RAG and agents over frontier or open models. We're looking for someone who designs, builds and answers when the system breaks — not someone who waits for a ticket. With a feel for data and a drive to ship to production, not to a demo.

  • Lawyer

    Remote · Colombia · Service contract

    You support us on the legal side of a technology company: development and service contracts, software intellectual property, and data protection under Law 1581 (habeas data). You review and adjust our privacy policy and terms, and guide us on corporate matters. Ideal if you're comfortable with technology and remote work.
